Refund policy

1) All sales are final
All purchases of services and digital products on this website are non-refundable and non-cancelable once the order is placed. Because services are scheduled and/or initiated promptly with independent third-party providers (“Providers”), we cannot offer refunds or returns.
2) Service Reseller role & third-party fulfillment
We act as a reseller/marketplace. Services listed here are performed and fulfilled by independent Providers. We are not the service provider and do not supervise or guarantee the work. Your engagement terms, deliverables, timelines, and warranties (if any) are set by the Provider.
3) Limited exceptions (case-by-case)
While refunds are not offered, we will review the following limited exceptions if requested in writing at [store@meetava.com] within 7 days of purchase and before the Provider begins work or incurs non-recoverable costs:

Duplicate/accidental payment (verifiable duplicate charge).

Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction (we may require documentation).

We cancel your order before routing it to a Provider and cannot offer a comparable alternative.
If an exception is approved, we may issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion. Our markup/service fee may be non-refundable even when a Provider issues a concession, unless required by law.
4) Changes, rescheduling, and scope
After purchase, changes or rescheduling are subject to Provider availability and may require additional fees. If you decline available reschedule options, the order remains non-refundable.
5) Service issues & disputes
Quality, performance, and scope issues must be addressed directly with the Provider under your agreement with them. We may help coordinate communications as a courtesy but are not liable for Provider acts, omissions, or delays.
6) Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback does not negate this policy. We may provide the payment processor with order records, routing logs, and Provider confirmations to contest chargebacks for services rendered or reserved. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended.
7) Taxes, third-party/government fees
Prices may include our markup/service fee and applicable taxes. Third-party or government fees (e.g., filing, licensing) are not refundable by us once assessed by the relevant party.
8) Non-waivable consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, we will comply with the minimum required remedy. Venue and governing law are set in our Terms of Service.
9) How to request an exception

10) Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated Effective Date.
